What Design is to me
Design is effective communication.
It simplifies complexity, making ideas intuitive, clear, and engaging. When people understand something effortlessly, they're more likely to remember it and take action.
Design is measurable.
It's more than just a feeling. It should be validated through research and usability testing, helping teams make informed decisions and uncover problems early—when they're easier and less costly to fix.
Design begins with curiosity.
It starts by observing, asking the right questions, and understanding the people I am designing for. The goal is not to solve problems like a patchwork, but to solve the ones that truly matter.
